Bakery assistant — Maigatari

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Maigatari, Jigawa State. The job is at an in-store supermarket bakery. Day to day you will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Part-time with flexible hours.
