Waitress — Gassol

Day to day you will handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; check back during the meal and handle special requests; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery. Ideal candidate: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change 6+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
