Captain waiter — Dodge County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a captain waiter in Dodge County, Georgia. The role involves: • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Clear and reset tables between covers • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes You should have: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $4,300 per month plus benefits. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
