Powder coating operator — Dawson County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Dawson County, Texas. You will be based in a busy paint shop. On the job you will handle: • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse What we are looking for: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
