Groundskeeper • Stevens County, Washington

Great opportunity: we are hiring a groundskeeper in Stevens County, Washington. You will be based on a golf course. Day-to-day duties: • Repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings • Plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings • Weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe • Maintain compost heaps and the potting shed • Prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers • Mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers Requirements: • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
