You should have: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages On the job you will handle: • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
