Now hiring: we are hiring a captain waiter in Wasatch County, Utah. You will work at a busy restaurant. You will upsell starters, desserts and beverages; check back during the meal and handle special requests; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules. You should have: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems 1+ years on the tools preferred.
