Mining dozer operator wanted in Kendall County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a mining dozer operator in Kendall County, Illinois. You will clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin; carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil; follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels; maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear; strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse; spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction. Ideal candidate: • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
