Urgent requirement: we are hiring a café server in Mason County, Michigan. The role involves: • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place Ideal candidate: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change 1+ years on the tools preferred.
