Dishwashing attendant • Ushongo, Benue State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Ushongo, Benue State. The role involves: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass What we are looking for: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
