Deboner — Brazos County

Join our team: we are hiring a deboner in Brazos County, Texas. You will be based at a halal meat counter. Day-to-day duties: • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Season and marinate meat on request What we are looking for: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Pay around $5,100 per month, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
