Immediate opening: we are hiring a turning centre operator in Morris County, Texas. You will be based in a job-work machining unit. Ideal candidate: • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection Day-to-day duties: • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances Six days a week, one day off.
