Your main tasks: • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date Requirements: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
