VMC operator • Mashi, Katsina State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a VMC operator in Mashi, Katsina State. Your main tasks: • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe What we are looking for: • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron 4+ years on the tools preferred.
