Press operator — Logan County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a press operator in Logan County, Ohio. On the job you will handle: • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings • Watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts • Clear scrap and offcuts from the die area • Feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts • Punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor You should have: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
