Oven operator — Ector County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an oven operator in Ector County, Texas. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. Ideal candidate: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving On a typical shift you will boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream.
