We are recruiting: we are hiring a vacuum press operator in El Paso County, Texas. You will be based in a tailoring workshop. The role involves meet the daily piece target without damaging garments; remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron; fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press; press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching. What we are looking for: • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine 2+ years on the tools preferred.
