Banquet server — Bronx County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a banquet server in Bronx County, New York. Day-to-day duties: • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins Ideal candidate: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
