Bread baker — Obowo

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread baker in Obowo, Imo State. Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Food handler / hygiene certificate The role involves: • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity 4+ years on the tools preferred.
