Urgent requirement: we are hiring a machine operator (earthworks) in Harrison County, Iowa. The job is at a road and highway construction project. Your main tasks: • Grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient • Strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse • Swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger • Carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels What we are looking for: • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control Rotating shifts.
