Great opportunity: we are hiring a catering cook in Udalguri, Assam. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. We are looking for able to read and follow recipes and dockets; food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate; able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies. Day-to-day duties: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
