VMC operator — Ifelodun

Immediate opening: we are hiring a VMC operator in Ifelodun, Kwara State. You will be based at a precision engineering workshop. Ideal candidate: • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience Your main tasks: • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
