Join our team: we are hiring a deboner in Grand County, Utah. Day-to-day duties: • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings You should have: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler 1+ years on the tools preferred.
