On the job you will handle: • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Season and marinate meat on request • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings You should have: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Full-time, day shift. ₹25,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
