Bread baker • Potiskum, Yobe State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread baker in Potiskum, Yobe State. You will be based at a café with an on-site bakery. The role involves: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds Ideal candidate: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Food handler / hygiene certificate 1+ years on the tools preferred. ₦240,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
