Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Day to day you will check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
