Immediate opening: we are hiring a CNC programmer-operator in Wayne County, Ohio. The role involves: • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence Ideal candidate: • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience Part-time with flexible hours.
