Toolroom milling operator — Hocking County

Now hiring: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Hocking County, Ohio. You will work in a CNC machining unit. Day-to-day duties: • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production You should have: • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery Rotating shifts.
