Milling machine operator wanted in Bijnor

Join our team: we are hiring a milling machine operator in Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh. You will work at a busy machine shop. We are looking for willing to work rotating shifts and night shift; knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron. The role involves: • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
