Decorator • Funakaye, Gombe State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a decorator in Funakaye, Gombe State. Your main tasks: • Hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams • Apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller • Strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns • Carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer • Mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting Requirements: • Reliable, punctual and tidy on site • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
