Horizontal milling machine operator — Udalguri

We are recruiting: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Udalguri, Assam. The job is at an automotive components factory. The role involves: • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter Ideal candidate: • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T 3+ years on the tools preferred.
