Immediate opening: chef de partie (Osun State)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a chef de partie in Ilesha West, Osun State. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. Requirements: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat On a typical shift you will cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases. Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. ₦170,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
