We are recruiting: we are hiring a counter butcher in Polk County, Florida. You will be based at a wholesale meat market. Requirements: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Day to day you will stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
