Great opportunity: conventional mill operator (Oregon)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a conventional mill operator in Clackamas County, Oregon. You will monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed. What we are looking for: • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron Full-time, day shift.
