Immediate opening: conventional mill operator (Texas)

Join our team: we are hiring a conventional mill operator in Montgomery County, Texas. The job is in a die and mould making unit. Ideal candidate: • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift Your main tasks: • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery $31 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
