Join our team: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Stephens County, Oklahoma. You will be based in a hotel pastry kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • 2+ years' experience as a baker Day to day you will proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; score the top of loaves before baking; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $4,000 per month plus benefits.
