We are recruiting: meat cutter (Bauchi State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a meat cutter in Dass, Bauchi State. You will be based at a wholesale meat market. You will trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; season and marinate meat on request. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Part-time with flexible hours.
