Baker — Maradun

Join our team: we are hiring a baker in Maradun, Zamfara State. The role involves knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. You should have: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours.
