Immediate opening: we are hiring a prep cook in Bakassi, Cross River State. On the job you will handle: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Full-time, day shift.
