Great opportunity: mechanical press operator (Niger State)

Join our team: we are hiring a mechanical press operator in Mokwa, Niger State. You will be based at a white goods manufacturing plant. Requirements: • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses On the job you will handle: • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings • Operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges • Watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts • Top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways • Clear scrap and offcuts from the die area 6+ years on the tools preferred. ₦290,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
