The role involves: • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand • Load and index turning tools in the turret • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed Requirements: • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
