Retail butcher — Dade County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a retail butcher in Dade County, Georgia. You will work in a hotel or restaurant butchery. Day to day you will stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required 4+ years on the tools preferred.
