Join our team: we are hiring a pastry baker in Bassa, Kogi State. The role involves: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
