Vacancy available: we are hiring a machine operator in Andoni, Rivers State. What we are looking for: • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage Day-to-day duties: • Set up and start the machine as per the job card • Record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line • Report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges ₦1,050 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
