Backhoe operator • Jibia, Katsina State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a backhoe operator in Jibia, Katsina State. You will be based in a demolition and site-clearance yard. The role involves lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains; dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds; load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage; work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter; swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger; backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers. Requirements: • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control Full-time, day shift.
