Landscape gardener — Yala

Join our team: we are hiring a landscape gardener in Yala, Cross River State. On a typical shift you will plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings; apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds; rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste; prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers; dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds. You should have: • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
