The role involves push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving; backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid; work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals; clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin; spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction. Requirements: • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections $230 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
