Urgent requirement: we are hiring a vacuum press operator in Lafayette County, Florida. You will work at a dry cleaner's. Day to day you will press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching; hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing; sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number; use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics; check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots. Ideal candidate: • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory Meals and transport allowance provided.
