Requirements: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Your main tasks: • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Season and marinate meat on request • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. $3,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
