Rigger — Ethiope West

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a rigger in Ethiope West, Delta State. You will work at a power plant. Day to day you will set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads; attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks; take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings; check sling angles to stay within the working load limit; direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket 4+ years on the tools preferred.
